The Room Hire Calendar shows the bookings that have already been agreed in principle. You can therefore check it to see whether a room may be free for your event on the date and at the time you would like. However, it is always worth double-checking with the Church Office, just in case there is flexibility that could accommodate the booking you would like to make.
